My significant other and I ordered two take and bake pizzas. One was a vegetarian with olive oil sauce (no cheese or marinara), one was a Papa’s Favorite. I ate the vegetarian and was fine. My wife ate the Papa’s Favorite and was both vomiting and running a fever six hours later. Diarrhea followed for the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
