5/3/24, at dinner. the fettuccini alfredo flavor of pasta-roni has always given me a mild upset stomach and some mild diarrhea. tonight it gave me severe nausea, diarrhea, and caused me to throw up. the symptoms have always occurred within 1-3 hours of eating the food and did so again tonight | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
