I ordered delivery from here on March 13, 2020. I ate oncepiece on March 13, 2020 and put another piece in refrigerator, the
rest in freezer (six slices). I ate the fridge piece on March 14,
2020. I ate two other slices on March 20, 2020. I ate two slices on
March 28, 2020. The other four slices I ate upset my stomach also,
with gas and diarrhea, but I was worried I may have contracted
Covid-19, but otherwise was symptom free, the two I ate on March 28,
2020 were the only food (besides toast for breakfast) I ate all day,
so I am certain they are the culprit. I have severe abdominal pain,
nausea, acid burning up into my mouth and sinus until my asthma kicked
in and I could not breathe. The crust was very fluffy, unusual for
this kind of pizza, the first two pieces the crust rose and was as
tall as this deep dish pizza. Again, I got diarrhea, nausea and vomit
from all pieces, but I was not sure this "Matt Cain" Pizza was
responsible until today (March 29, 2020). Each time I had four to five
bouts of diarrhea each day for four to five days, nausea constantly
and vomiting acid into my mouth and sinus for two or three days after.
