Ate chicken wings, a small toasted goat salad, and a Diet Pepsi. Felt nauseous afterwards. Developed fever, body aches, and chills around 7pm. More Nausea and diarrhea developed throughout the night with the high fever, followed by vomiting the next day. Fever, vomiting, and diarrhea continued to worsen on day 3 so I sought medical help and got antibiotics. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
