August 3, I ate Pei Wei chicken fried rice and late at night I got the worst stomach pain ever, it was on my upper stomach and I started to feel like I couldn’t breathe and might faint, the next day it was gone. September 18 I ate Panda Express fried rice and orange chicken, same stomach pain, nauseous and headaches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain
