Carne Asada, Enchilada Illness - Food Delivery, Homer Glen Illinois

We, My husband starting having diarrhea after his meal yesterday evening and then I got the same.  I believe he had the Carne Asada meal and I had the Enchilada Suiza dinner with the chicken as my choice of meat.  I also used Pepe’s salsa in the little packets as well as a cup of the condiments containing jalapeños, carrots, etc.  My husband did not use any condiments on his food.  We are still suffering with diarrhea this morning at 9:09 am. Delivery from here yesterday evening., but not sure if Tinley Park or homer glen, il because we didn’t keep the receipt, normally it comes from homer glen, il. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
