We are a family of 7 and all ordered from the Same take out. My son and husband both had the same thing (pepperoni pizza with kebab meat, l had a kebab so not the kebab) no one else had anything with pepperoni so we are very confident this is the cause! Within 12 hours my son was non stop vomiting for 6 hours And now has chronic Diarrhoea. Within 24 hours my husband developed the exact same symptoms and is now so dehydrated he has kidney pain which is extremely worrying. My husband started off with fatigue and just didn’t feel well, he then began having chronic Diarrhoea for around 12 hours and has been heaving wanting to vomit because the cramps he is experiencing are so severe. He has had to take time off of work because he is so weak. He may have to see a dr soon due to the kidney pain he is experiencing. Everyone else in the house is well, if it was a sickness bug we would all have it because we have experienced it plenty in the past. This is different. The lethargy and none relief of symptoms is concerning. We are into day 2 of symptoms. Never again will l buy pepperoni or buy from a takeaway. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue, Dehydration, Weakness
