Rice vermicelli with tofu spring roll, I ordered take out with my husband yesterday. I ordered Rice vermicelli with tofu spring roll which I have had before at this location without incident. However around 12am this morning, I started sweating, had nausea which progressed to vomiting and diarrhea. I have taken a dose of strong anti-nausea medication, but threw it up as I am struggling to keep liquids down. I am weak, nauseous, have abdominal pain from vomiting and now dry heaves. I consumed no other food yesterday. My husband ate a different dish without issue. I don’t want anyone else to experience the same problem eating from this restaurant | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Weakness
