Violent Vomiting After Takeout - Pinetta's European Restaurant, Baton Rouge Louisiana

I purchased take out from Panetta's on Wednesday, August 31 at 8:45 pm. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. I detected that the meal was spicier than normal but thought nothing of it. Around 1 p.m. I started vomiting violently. I vomited and passed out repeatedly until 8:30 a.m. when I was finally taken to the ER. I had terrible stomach cramps and at that point was vomiting bile as I had nothing left in my system. I continued to vomit for another 4.5 hours. I was given fluids and Phenergan. I was given a script and sent home around 3:30 p.m. It was the worst night and day of my life and I am certain I have never been closer to death. The diarrhea began the next day and I have been on a horrible clear liquids diet ever since. I am now in the 47th hour of the 48 hour window for the worst of the food poisoning symptoms. I am terribly exhausted and dehydrated. My stomach is still burning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea, Bile
