Ate pinto beans with bell pepper and onion on corn tortillas at around 7 and woke up at 12:30 with diarrhea and vomiting. Beans were soaked for 18 hours and rinsed and simmered for 3 hours with lid tilted exceeding bag instructions of soaking overnight and simmering 2 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
