On 4/5/2026, I bought food for the family from pita falafel drive thru & grill, my wife did not eat but me and my 3 kids all four got sick and still dealing with stomach pain and nausea vomiting, and the diarrhoea 2 weeks later, we did seek medical help receiving medications and injections, Dr did confirm food poisoning for the all four of us who ate the food. As a result my daughter broke her foot in the very beginning rushing because she felt like she is going to throw up late at night, and we still experience stomach pain and severe nausea and headaches two weeks into it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
