I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, 6 piece chicken nugget, and medium fry around 9:30pm on 11/11/18. Woke up at midnight and threw up until 5:30am. It's now 2:40pm the next day and I'm still afraid to eat or drink. My body temperature is low from dehydration. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
