I was staying at a hotel. Ordered Pan pepperoni pizza. About an hour later I was throwing up and had diarrhea. Had to call for an ambulance to take me to the ER. After fluids and meds I was released. Had to get the Sheriff Dept. to give me a ride back to the Hotel (no taxi service). ad to stay another night at the hotel due to not being able to drive 3hrs home. Sick for several days, had to take several day off from work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
