garlic dipping sauce I got a bbq beef brisket pizza, order of breadsticks with marinara and two garlic butter dipping sauce. I went home to eat it and was fine until about 2 hours later I had a really bad stomach pain and I was getting up to go to the bathroom my chest started hurting really bad too. I threw up and my stomach pain went away but I still had the chest pain but it went away after five minutes or so. I’ve felt fine ever since but I still get minor chest pains here and their. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain
