I ordered a spinach and Roma tomato pizza yesterday April 16,2016 . It was supposed to come with the Alfredo sauce but it instead came with marinara . I ate 2 slices of the pizza and within 3 hours I began to have stomach cramps . I ignored the issue and drank water and went to bed . During my sleep the stomach pains worsened . It hurt to even switch positions . The nausea hit around this time and I proceeded to the restroom. I had explosive diarrhea and vomiting. I am starting to have this along with cold sweats . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Sweating
