Observed 20+ fresh, black rodent droppings on the floor, located behind the upright 2-door pizza hot holding unit, adjacent to the cashier area; at the time of the inspection. *** (Observed the shift manager, Desiree Perez clean the food debris and droppings from behind the hot holding unit during the inspection.)
Observed 3 dry rodent droppings on top of the water heater located adjacent to the mop sink, at the time of the inspection.
Observed 5+ dry rodent droppings on the floor, located adjacent to the CO2 tank and soda syrup boxes near the back exit door; at the time of the inspection.
