My boyfriend loves Pizza Hut, so he ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and parmesean wings. I had a Hawaiian while he had a Meat pizza. I was fine eating when my stomach became bloated. Suddenly, I didn't feel well when he started feeling bloated. We laid down and nothing really changed. When I got home and got ready for bed, my body started shivering and I began to feel nausea. I felt cold and crawled into bed, but then I felt a fever coming on. I slept on my back to not upset my stomach further, which helped a little but my body still feels gross. No vomit thankfully. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Bloating
