Pizza Prompts Severe Illness - Pizza Hut, Columbia Maryland

On May 15th, around 7:30 pm my fiancé ordered me a personal pan pepperoni pizza from there. I had nothing else to eat that night. The next morning, I woke up early with explosive diarrhea (I vomited at the same time) painful stomach cramps, a headache and this went on for the entire day. I was unable to keep anything down, not water, orange juice, crackers, etc. To the point I was pooping liquid every time I drank water or tea. It was absolutely horrible and the pizza wasn’t even that good. I’m pretty sure their crust recipe has changed. Needless to say, I will not be eating at that store, or any, ever again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
