I picked up personal pan pizzas last evening around 7 pm, 4/5/16. I ate my pepperoni personal pan pizza and between 30-40 minutes later I began to feel nauseous. I ended up trying to go to bed around 10 pm due to stomach cramps, only to have to crawl out of bed to the bathroom with stomach pains and diarrhea. I felt overheated and tried to cool my body down with a cold wet cloth on my head and cold water to drink, but was never able to lay back down without having sharp stomach cramps and more diarrhea. Around 1 am I got up to experience more diarrhea, only to then experience projectile vomiting at the same time. I was able to get a little bit of sleep after this, only to wake up in the morning feeling nauseous each time I stand up. I would like to point out the only other thing I consumed on this day was two biscuits for breakfast with a glass of apple juice, one chocolate cupcake in the afternoon (that others ate and didn't get sick from) and this pepperoni personal pan pizza. I generally have a very strong stomach, so much so that I have gone 23 years up until yesterday/this morning without ever throwing up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
