We ordered the Chicken Bacon Parmigiana pizza and the Spinach Bacon Mushroom pizza around 7:30 pm on 4/29/16. I woke up around 5:30 vomiting and diarrhea. Shortly after that my husband work up with the same. This is the only meal in 2 days that we have eaten together. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
