We went to Pizza Hut Monks Cross of Saturday 21st March 2026 table booked for 2pm. 3 adults 1 child all in buffet. Upon arrival we noticed the restaurant wasn't as clean of normal food on floor cobwebs all over the light above our table and in the corner of the wall. We all enjoyed the variety of pizza and pasta. We noticed that the salad bar was run down and had different food mixed into different tubs but I thought the restaurant must of been really busy with it been Saturday and the staff couldn't keep up. So after leaving at about 3.30pm ish we drove back to Scarborough. At approximately midnight my youngest woke up been sick and by 3am all four of us were been sick and stomach cramps. The only things we ate on Saturday was breakfast cereal on the morning, Pizza hut Saturday afternoon and some toast at around 8pm. The only person in our house hold that hasn't been Ill is the person who didn't eat at pizza hut. I can't 100% say that we are poorly purely because of pizza hut but looking at the hygiene the in restaurant on arrival (didn't see the kitchen) and the only people that have been sick is the 4 people that ate in your restaurant its looking a high possibility that it is pizza hit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
