Ordered pizza for myself on Valentine's day.. a medium meat lovers and chicken wings.. it was gross way too greasy but ate few slices anyways .. next morning had to go bathroom all day as much as 50 times it seemed.. had to leave work only worked for a hour. I called the pizza hut and they said they need a doctor's note for a refund. Never eating their pizza again!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
