Wings, Pizza Cause Discomfort - Pizza Hut, Waxahachie Texas

Had Garlic Parmesan wings and a Pepperoni Pizza delivered to me at my office about 2:45 today. Within an hour, I started having stomach pain and my stomach was gurgling and bloating. A couple of hours later, I was totally miserable. Burping some of the most vile smelling gases and then the diarrhea started.
This continued until about 9pm then, I started vomiting violently. This continued off and on for about 45 minutes and the diarrhea continued into the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Burping
