I ordered a 4 piece spicy chicken dinner. Something told me to cancel the order and leave when every item I tried to order was "out of stock" or "not up yet." I stood there and waited quite a bit for a biscuit. I couldn't tell if the chicken was fresh because it was already on the warming rack. I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. I drove home and had 1.5 pieces of the chicken and some of the mashed potatoes and gravy. About an hour later I started feeling queasy. I didn't eat anything else after that. This morning I got up and the room was spinning, I was sweating profusely, and I was extremely nauseous. I've been sick all day long with a headache, the desire to vomit, and a sick stomach. The mashed potatoes I received were not warm, let alone hot, and the chicken was old. I emailed support and they never responded. If I don't feel better by tomorrow I'm going to the doctors. I've lost a whole day of productivity because of these people. I will never eat again. This same location served me under cooked shrimp in the past. When I reported it the manager said he didn't know what to tell me. I foolishly thought trying the chicken would be better. Steer clear from this chain. There aren't many in my immediate area but it's clear they are poorly managed. I've been food poisoned before so I know what it feels like.
