Popeyes manager are id*ots.I watched a worker, handle raw meat and mix with the batter mix, same gloves, no change, picked up other utensils after, pressing buttons, handling broom then picks up containers and then mixes a fresh batch of raw chicken, WITH THE SAME GLOVES.
Me to manager "Hi quick question, do your staff have access to disposal gloves on demand to carry out the job without contamination!?!"
Manager "um I believe so" with some fake smile.
Me "I just witness one of your staff for ten mins breaking contamination regulations, and you don't see it!!! Do your staff know that they need to change gloves every time they finish handling raw meat to then handle containers, to stop cross contamination of products and more."
Manager "oh its food bin!"
Me "you really ain't a manager are you, clearly you need re training".
Another so called Manager in the kitchen, gives a big grin, like one of them ones that represent 'Finally someone is giving real talk and witness cowboys getting away'.
ITS A SERIOUS CONTAMINATION RISK.
DISPOSABLE GLOVES DONT COST MUCH, THEY CLEARLY WHERE IN SIGHT, BUT THE STAFF USED SEEM LIKE THEY ARE ON PROZAK!!!
Carry on slacking, poor management of basic health and safety most defo will kick your backsides verry soon!!

FYI I am with 15 years experience in hospitality, and those acting like this, will be told twice and 3rd time out the door, as health and safety practices is not to be treated like its some order from your parents where you might decide to follow the rules, YOU CAN POISON AND KILL SOMEONE!!!
