I ordered it on 5/31/21. I go chicken, shrimp, coslaw, french fries and biscuits. Strawberry LemonadeI am not sure but I was fine before I ate the food from there I got sick I was home and no one else was with me or ate it. Symptoms started 1 to 2 hours after eating. My stomach felt like it was on fire. I got severe cramps chills and then vomiting. I threw up until 1 AM and I ordered the food between 3 and 4 PM the previous day. I had to go to the doctor for my stomach cramping and vomiting. My BP was 201/109 I had to get an IV for pain and nausea and one liter of fluid to deal with dehydration. I am currently off work under a doctor's care until Thursday and still have to follow up with my primary care physician. I will never eat their chicken again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills
