- comments: observed no hot water available at the hand sink in the basement all gender bathroom located next to cafeteria. Upon pressing the button for water, no hot water available; water reached a maximum of 65f. Instructed manager to ensure hot water is available at all times with a minimum temperature of 100f. Priority violation, 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 5-205. 15 - observed cold water handle of hand sink available for use in cafeteria area directly outside of kitchen to be missing. Water can still be turned on, but handle is missing entirely. Instructed to service and maintain sink handle in good repair.
