I had the Prets tuna salad sandwich for lunch on Thursday November 1st and that evening I started to feel queasy. I could not eat dinner. By midnight I began violently throwing up and had horrible diarrhea. This lasted all night and into the next day. I even slept on my bathroom floor. I had very bad chills and muscle aches too. This is one of the sickest I have ever been. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain
