Hi I ate an egg salad sandwich. I didn’t have anything else.  A couple of hours later I had terrible diarrhea and stomach cramps and low grade fever for 24 hours.   Symptoms started three and a half hours after I ate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
