I met with a friend for a shopping trip & had the chicken katsu curry soup and halloumi falafal wrap at around 2pm on 15/11/21 at this shopping centre Oxfordshire.
I had not eaten anything else that day and within one hour of consuming the food I started to have severe tummy cramps, nausea & this turned into a feverish feeling with explosive diarrhea which continued into the evening. I had to go home so the trip was ruined. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
