Had an egg&sun dried tomato baguette in midday Monday, 10/June/2024 and have been vomitting and diarrhoea ever since, with severe food poisoning symptoms. I have had no other food since Sunday eve, when I cooked a potato dish for the family. (No one else in the family has my symptoms) Right now in the ambulance making our way to Princess Royal in Bromley. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Please let us know how you got on with compensation from the company. I had the same thing from a baguette and was nearly hospitalised if I didn’t have care 24/7. The customer service was very dismissive and said I had no proof it was them

You are best advised to report to the governement food gov website. Pret have also sold mouldy food at times and are not truthful in regards to "freshly made". They now carry over food to the next days and even have best-before expiry dates on the sandwiches which they vowed to never want to do. Pret remain unsafe.
