I bought a falafel and avocado wrap and an hour later I started getting belly cramps then went to the toilet to vomit it out. Had to leave university early as the cramps were getting worse. After riding the tube in pain once I got home I was projectile vomiting into my toilet. I had fever and shakes and was in severe pain. The ambulance came but wouldn’t take me A&E.I was in so much pain and if it wasn’t for my partner I would have overdoesed on paracetamol.
