Undercooked Pie Causes Illness - Prince George Farmers' Market Association, Prince George British Columbia

7 years ago reported by user-btck6584 business

Prince George Farmers' Market Association, 3rd Avenue, Prince George, BC, Canada

1310 3rd Avenue, Prince George, V2L 3E9 British Columbia, Canada

My sister went to the walk in clinic and the doctor said it was food poisoning.
Bought a chicken pot pie from a vendor . contacted the farmers market the day after bc both my sister and i got food poisoning from it .After cooking it for an hour and a half at 350 as suggested...I needed to cook it an additional 40 minutes before it got hot. Even after two hours and ten minutes of being heated, there was still frost bit edges . This picture is after it was cooked.
The inside was pure mush and it tasted like a mashed potatoes consistency. My sister got deadly sick from it with severe stomach pains and sweats and throwing up with diarrhea, I was having diarhea . I contacted the farmers market and they said the vendor has been in business for 17 years with no complaints. They said that the vendor has sold and even eaten a pie from the same batch. He claims it was precooked. They then asked me if I had it on Celsius or Fahrenheit. It felt like they were trying to find me at fault instead of investigating it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
