Heated up a can of Progresso chicken and rice soup. Must not have nuked it long/hot enough. Felt stomach cramps within 30-45. Minutes. Vomited within 2 hours. Retched for most of the day could keep nothing down. 99.9 fever. Diarrhea Better the next day. Was able to keep ice chips down late evening. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
