To go order. Pretty sure it was the pre-made green salad, I also ate one slice of ham/sausage pizza. Next day symptoms were vomiting and dysentery. Symptoms lasted 6-7 Days, was dehydrated and very week from experience, I’m a 71 year old retiree. Woke up 3:43 am Sunday morning with severe stomach and back pain, following 5 days of dysentery and vomiting to the dry heave stage | Symptoms: Dehydration, Stomach Pain
