I ate a bowl of frosted cheerios with almond milk and 15-20 minutes later I ended up getting nausea, cramps and diarrhea. I know it’s not the almond milk since I ate a different cereal yesterday and I didn’t get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
