On 2 May, I ordered Shanghai Fried Rice with Prawn and Chilli for lunch. The prawn was not very hard and firm, i finished them all as i didn't think so much and not first time ordering from them. I gotten sick at night. Went to see GP the next morning, ate medicine but still didn't recover. I vomited and had diarrhoea still so I was admitted to hospital on 3rd May night. Till now I still haven't recover fully. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
