Nachos w/chicken, queso sauce, pico, green salsa. Madison West Side Near Mall.

About 16 hrs later around 4am, awoke in the night with stomach cramps, chills. Diarrhea for over 20 hours, took 3 doses of Imodium, drank electrolyte drinks, chicken broth.

Friend with me got a burrito bowl with chicken, and queso. Symptoms started at midnight. Promptly took Imodium and began hydration, up all night, symptoms lasted 16 hrs.

Suspected cross contamination or bad queso. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
