Went around noon. Ordered a taco shell bowl . Woke Up from nap with diarrhea and then vomit three times. It was coming from both ends. Wasn’t aware red onions were being recalled. Learned after the fact. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
