Went around noon. Ordered a taco shell bowl . Woke Up from nap with diarrhea and then vomit three times. It was coming from both ends. Wasn’t aware red onions were being recalled. Learned after the fact.

Guac Suspected in Illness

I ate a burrito bowl with brown rice chicken mild salsa cheese and guac. I had a stomach ache immediately after eating it. Two days later I was sick from the guac.
