School Lunch Food Poisoning - Qdoba, High Point North Carolina

My daughter at a chicken and rice bowl, as offered as her hot lunch at school. Within an hour or so, she was experiencing extreme stomach pain and nausea followed by vomiting and explosive diarrhea. She also appeared very pale. If she attempted to drink anything (Gatorade) she would be vomiting as soon as it hit her stomach. She was fine when she went to school that morning and the only thing she ate was that chicken and rice bowl. All of her symptoms are in line with food poisoning vs a stomach bug. I have also made her school aware of the situation as they contract with the restaurant to provide lunch to the students one day a week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
