I had a Chorizo potato and egg burrito Tuesday morning. Immediately after finishing my stomach began to cause me pain all day. I proceeded to work and one I returned home, my stomach felt full and I was even more nauseated. This morning at about 6:30am I threw up my breakfast from yesterday, and blood proceeded to come out my mouth after. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
