Yesterday afternoon I picked up a Italian wrap from quick trip. It tasted a little different than normal but it didn’t taste bad at first. I was about halfway done with it when the sauce that was on it really just started to taste awful. Because of it being a wrap the bottom half had more sauce from holding it. I stopped eating it at this point. A couple hours later I started getting chills and my stomach was starting to feel very nauseous. Throughout the night I got progressively worse. At this point I have cramps and stomach pain so bad that the only thing I can compare it to is when I had kidney stones. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
