I experienced food poising a day after consuming a sushi platter that has sent to me via Uber Eats. One of the Tuna pieces was unusually slimy, and the symptoms including vomiting, stomach pain, nausea, and malaise came a day later.

There has to be a better way to prepare sushi for takeout orders. Im sure had I eaten in this wouldn’t be a problem, but this is still a hazard for take-out customers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
