Additional information: Shrimp was the consistency and texture of mashed potatoes, and I only had one bite. My husband also took a bite because he didn't believe me. This was my birthday weekend and dinner, and a family visit was ruined by fever of 103.3, chills, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Husband's onset of diarrhea began within hours after the meal.
