Friday afternoon I came in and ordered a chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie with oak milk. This was the only thing I’d eaten that day.3 hours after, I started feeling nauseous with stomach pain and vomited nearly every hour after until the early morning.
I had stabbing sharp pains, cold sweats, and exhaustion until Sunday morning.
Maybe the oak milk was bad? Or the protein? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
