I ate a 3-piece chicken combo with fries at 3:00 pm on Sunday. By 5:00 I started feeling very poor and had a "churning" sensation in my stomach. By 7:00 pm, I was vomiting and had diarrhea (at the same time) :( that continued for the whole night until I had nothing left in me. When I woke up this morning I felt very weak and achy, and that has continued all day today. I haven't been able to eat since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
