Additional information: 1/20/23 I had a box combo, fries replaced with coleslaw. I had 2 coleslaws in total. Meal tasted fine. 2 hours later, severely vomiting with diarrhea, and chills. Landed in the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
