Baconzilla Fries Cause Illness - Rally's, Columbus Ohio

Early evening Saturday May 26, 2018. Ordered 2 baconzillas and one order of seasoned fries. Nephew ate one sandwich and didn’t get sick so think it was ok. I ate the fries with mine. Went to bed around 11:30; which is early for me, feeling a little nauseous. Woke up early with diarrhea. Over the next 24 hours had severe diarrhea and several bouts of vomiting. Some fever and chills. Was able to keep hydrated but unable to even think of food until late this afternoon (Monday) when I ate a cup of soup. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
