I'd like to start out by saying, if I could give them negative stars I would. My husband and I ordered online and paid for it online and went to pick it up and was ignored at the window. We attempted to go to the other window... See More where customers were getting served and they made us go back to the other window just to sit there for 20 mintues while we were still ignored and they helped other people who weren't even there before us at all. After sitting for that amount of time I knocked on the window and someone from the back, not even the guy up front who was ignoring us, came to see what we needed and then got us our cold food that had been sitting there. I also had a slushie which took another 5 minthes for some reason. My husband watched them grab a cup from a location we hadn't seen them grab a cup from this whole time sitting there just for my slushie. The food was terribly cold and terrible. I didn't drink the slushie and set it by my sink. And when we came to it this morning, there is black stuff all in it. They literally tried to poison me with whatever it was in the cup. I honestly cannot beleive that a person who works in a restaurant would do this to a paying customer. I did nothing wrong. And even if I did, there is no reason to try and poison someone. I worked in food for 16 years. I have had some of the worst people and never in my life have I ever tried to ruin or poison someone's food. This is unacceptable and horrendous. As a human who did this to someone, you should be ashamed of yourself. I'm so upset that someone would even do this to anyone and you do not deserve the right to make food for people. Early evening Saturday May 26, 2018. Ordered 2 baconzillas and one order of seasoned fries. Nephew ate one sandwich and didn’t get sick so think it was ok. I ate the fries with mine. See More came across 4 tables that people had clearly eaten at, but were not wiped down by the staff; which was strange because the place was practically empty. You'd think they would use that down time to their advantage to clean up a bit. But alas, the young staff was socializing with each other and slacking off. I wiped down my own table. While eating, I noticed the Kale seemed to have a weird film on it. It tasted fine, but left a strange film in my mouth, on my cheeks. But because it didn't taste any different, I didn't think much of it. I finished my food and went on with my day. Later however, I began to bloat and gurgle. My abdomen was making horrid noises and started to swell. Just sitting in a chair created some kind of weird pressure pain. I became slightly nauseous as well, but that was short lived. Some time around 8 o'clock I was using the bathroom quite frequently. I went to the bathroom 6 times Monday night. Horrible stomach aches along with clammy skin and sweating. I was like "What's happening to me?!?!". Next morning, same thing. And now, no appetite. Bloated gurgling stomach, diarrhea with horrible stomach aches. My excrement consisted of undigested and partially digested kale on top of smelling totally rank That's when I started thinking this had to do with them.
And here is the seriously disappointing issue...Asides from it supposing to be a place where people can feel good about the food they consume, thinking that they've made a healthier choice, Its also a place where people like me who cant eat anywhere because everything has gluten in it or is cross contaminated with gluten eat so we don't get diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rashes...etc. All day I was thinking I ate something with gluten in it and I missed what it was, but no! It was the Kale from there. Very disappointing. WASH THE SALADS, KIDS!...Oh and wipe the tables down.
